Paint separator

We supply and install paint booths for the automatic robot coating of plastic diffusers and LPP reflectors.

For 14 years we have been manufacturing and installing paint booths for the hard-coating of polycarbonate diffusers and LPP reflectors for well-known German operators of fully automatic coating systems.

The paint booths are used for collecting and extracting the overspray as well as for collecting and reclaiming lacquer. To this end we manufacture and install the necessary dry separators with lacquer return system and pipework.
Industrial fans equipped with the legally required safety devices are used for the overspray extraction.

In collaboration with suppliers who have proven themselves over the last 14 years, we also build the complete cleanroom and ventilation systems with measurement and control equipment.
