Mobile extraction system
Example of an extraction system for the cleaning of evaporating systems.
We design and build custom mobile extraction systems for special tasks. Here, for example, we show an extraction system for the cleaning of an evaporation system in the automotive industry. The extraction system is moved in front of the evaporation system and coupled to it. The cleaning personnel enter the evaporation system via a door in the extraction system.
The extraction system consists of:
- a mobile aluminium base construction
- a dust and suspended matter filter with exhaust fan
- a fresh air fan
- a dedicated controller
